Ingredients
2-3
heads
garlic

olive oil

butter
dairy free

parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 440F.
Cut the heads off the garlic and drizzle with olive oil, roast for 30 minutes.
Let cool and pop the cloves out into a bowl. Mash into paste, you can leave some chunks if you prefer (like I do).
Add softened butter and parsley, mix until well combined.
Spread over whatever bread you have on hand and broil for just a few minutes. Watch it closely so it doesn't burn!
Notes
When I say watch your bread closely when it's broiling I mean
watch it closely.
It will burn if it's there for even a minute too long.
