Garlic Spread

Use on everything from baguettes to toast!

  • 2-3 heads garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup butter dairy free
  • 1 tbsp parsley


  • Preheat oven to 440F.
  • Cut the heads off the garlic and drizzle with olive oil, roast for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool and pop the cloves out into a bowl. Mash into paste, you can leave some chunks if you prefer (like I do).
  • Add softened butter and parsley, mix until well combined.
  • Spread over whatever bread you have on hand and broil for just a few minutes. Watch it closely so it doesn't burn!


When I say watch your bread closely when it's broiling I mean watch it closely. It will burn if it's there for even a minute too long.
