I’m not exaggerating at all when I say these are the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever made. They’re soft and chewy and they actually stay soft and chewy once they’ve cooled down too!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened, but not melty
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Pretty standard cookie method, start by preheating your oven to 350F. Just cream the butter and the sugars together, and then add the vanilla and the egg.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour and baking soda together.
Then mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
I bake these for 8 minutes at 350. You may want to bake them a little longer if you like them a little more crispy.
